Day 1: Nairobi – Fly to Samburu

Pick-up from your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and transfer to Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight to Samburu Airstrip.

Upon arrival, your driver-guide will meet you with a refreshing welcome and transfer you to your lodge or camp, enjoying a scenic game drive en route.

Check-in at your camp or lodge overlooking the Ewaso Nyiro River.

Enjoy a sumptuous lunch as you soak in the stunning landscape — rugged hills, acacia woodlands, and the warm breeze of northern Kenya.

Embark on your first game drive in Samburu National Reserve.

Spot the unique Samburu Special Five — Grevy’s zebra, Beisa oryx, reticulated Giraffe, Gerenuk, and Somali Ostrich.

Keep your eyes peeled for Lions, Elephants, and Leopards often lounging on acacia branches.

Return to camp for sundowners by the riverbank, followed by a delicious dinner under the starlit African sky.

Day 2: Explore the Wild Beauty of Samburu

Wake up to birdsong and enjoy an early morning game drive when wildlife is most active.

Return for a late breakfast, then relax by the pool, in your room or on your private veranda.

For frequent travelers, you can opt for a guided nature walk with a Samburu warrior or a cultural village visit to learn about the local traditions and lifestyle.

After lunch, venture out for another thrilling game drive.

The golden evening light sets the perfect backdrop for photography and quiet appreciation of nature’s raw beauty.

Return to your camp for a cozy dinner, sharing safari stories around the fire.

 Day 3: Morning Game Drive (Optional)– Fly Back to Nairobi

Enjoy an early morning game drive for a final glimpse of Samburu’s enchanting wildlife.

Return for breakfast, check out, and transfer to the airstrip for your flight back to Nairobi (Wilson Airport).

Upon arrival, our representative will meet and transfer you to your hotel or connect you to your next adventure.
