Day 1: Nairobi – Taita Hills

After breakfast and a brief safari briefing, you'll depart Nairobi and begin the scenic drive to Salt Lick Lodge in Taita Hills.

Arrive at the lodge in time for lunch, check in, and take a moment to enjoy the breathtaking view of the waterhole below. In the late afternoon, embark on your first game drive. Spot elephants, zebras, giraffes, and maybe lions, all while the hills glow in the soft evening light. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay, listening to the gentle sounds of the African wilderness at night.

Day 2: Full Day in Taita Hills

Start your day with an early morning game drive, when animals are most active. After spotting wildlife like elephants and lions, return to the lodge for a hearty breakfast.

Spend the morning relaxing or choose an optional nature walk, guided by your knowledgeable ranger, exploring the hills, forests, and local flora. After lunch, go for another afternoon game drive to catch more wildlife and enjoy photography opportunities during the golden hour. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay, soaking in the peaceful Taita Hills atmosphere.

Day 3: Taita Hills – Nairobi

After breakfast, check out from the lodge and begin your scenic drive back to Nairobi. Optionally, enjoy birdwatching before departure. Along the way, take in the rolling hills and valleys one last time. Arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon for drop-off at your hotel or the airport, concluding your memorable three-day safari adventure.
