Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara - Great Rift Valley Views and Afternoon Game Drive.

Your Kenya safari begins with a morning pick up from your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. After a short safari briefing, journey southwest in a 4x4 Toyota Land Cruiser toward the Maasai Mara, passing through the scenic Great Rift Valley.

Stop at a panoramic viewpoint to admire the dramatic escarpment and capture your first photos of the trip. Continue through the highlands and traditional Maasai territories before arriving at Jambo Mara Lodge, set in the heart of the reserve. After check in and a relaxing lunch, head out on your first game drive in this world renowned reserve.

The Maasai Mara offers some of the richest wildlife viewing in Africa. Encounter herds of elephants, giraffes, zebras, and antelope, and watch out for the Big Five—lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino, and elephant. Day 2: Full Day – Game Drive in Maasai Mara

After breakfast, set off on a full day game drive that showcases the best of the Maasai Mara safari experience. With a packed picnic lunch, explore deeper areas of the reserve with excellent chances of seeing large herds and predator action.

Day 3: Departure - MAASAI MARA TO NAIROBI

Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at Jambo Mara Lodge, soaking in your last views of the Maasai Mara. After check out, begin your drive back to Nairobi, once again passing through the stunning landscapes of the Great Rift Valley.

Depending on your flight schedule, you may opt for an optional day room and lunch at a Nairobi hotel (available at extra cost) before your airport drop off at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or your preferred city hotel.
