Day 1: Nairobi to Amboseli – Afternoon Game Drive

Begin your safari holiday with a morning departure from Nairobi in a 4x4 Toyota Land Cruiser, heading south across vast savannahs and rural countryside toward the legendary Amboseli National Park. The drive is an experience in itself, offering glimpses of local life and ever-changing landscapes.

Arrive at Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge in time for lunch. Designed to reflect traditional Maasai architecture and surrounded by acacia woodlands, the lodge offers a serene base for your private Kenya safari.

In the afternoon, embark on your first game drive, where you’ll have a chance to witness elephants moving in majestic herds, lions resting in the shade, and giraffes browsing the treetops. Day 2: Full-Day Safari in Amboseli – Big Game, Kilimanjaro Views & Maasai Village Visit

After a hearty breakfast at the lodge, set off on a full-day game drive designed to reveal the diverse wildlife and landscapes that make Amboseli one of the most photogenic destinations in East Africa.

With Mount Kilimanjaro as your backdrop, search for Amboseli’s famous tuskers, spot lions and cheetahs on the move, and enjoy sightings of buffalo, zebras, hyenas, and an array of antelope species. You may choose to enjoy a packed picnic lunch in the bush for uninterrupted exploration, or return to the lodge for a relaxed midday break and a hot meal.
